Built by a father-and-son team
I'm Omer. I learned this trade working next to my father, and we still build together today.
For years, much of our work was for high-end private clients, the kind of homes where every grout line, cabinet reveal and caulk joint gets looked at closely. That's the standard we bring to every job.
I started OD Building Development to bring that level of care to homeowners who want the job done right but aren't building a mansion. Same attention to detail, priced fairly for a Valley remodel.

Questions
Good to know before you call
Are you the cheapest contractor?
No, and we don't try to be. We aim to be fairly priced for work done the right way. If you get a much lower bid, ask what it leaves out. We're happy to compare line by line.
Why don't you have many online reviews yet?
OD Building Development is a newer company, built on years of experience in the field. We're collecting reviews from every project. Until then, judge us by the photos here and by meeting us in person. We're happy to walk you through our work.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the space and give you a written estimate at no cost and no obligation.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. Any work that requires a permit gets one, and we schedule and attend the inspections.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' comp for our crew. Ask and we'll send you a copy of our certificate.
How do payments work?
A small deposit when you sign (10% of the job or $1,000, whichever is less), then payments tied to work that's actually done. You never pay far ahead of what's been built.
What if you find a problem once walls are open?
We show you what we found, explain the fix and give you a written change order with the price. Nothing extra happens until you sign it.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Most homeowners do. We protect floors and the rooms around the work and clean up the site every day. We'll talk through what's realistic for your project at the walkthrough.
How soon can you start?
It depends on our current schedule and, for permitted work, how long the city takes. You get a start date in writing before you sign, so you can plan around it.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our work comes with a written 1-year workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties on products and appliances pass through to you.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Canoga Park and work across the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley and Simi Valley, out to Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura. Outside that? Call us, we take on select projects across LA County.
